The design of this fingerless glove wheat bag allows you to use it on either the right or left hand, simply flip it over for the thumb hole.

HERE’S HOW TO USE OUR GLOVE WHEAT BAG:

Place the glove in the middle of the microwave and heat it for 1 – 1.5 minutes. If the wheat bag is wheat-filled, be sure to put a glass of water in the microwave while heating. After heating, carefully remove the wheat bag from the microwave and check it’s not too hot, if it is, allow the wheat bag to cool a little before putting it on your hand.

Push your hand through the glove and pop your thumb through the thumb hole and fingers out the end. Fasten the velcro strap to secure the wheat bag around your forearm.

Indeed, all wheat bags, regardless of filling, can go in the freezer and be chilled to function as ice packs. After placing the wheat bag into one of our Freezer Bags, pop it into the freezer for at least 40 minutes before use. You can store your wheat bags in the freezer indefinitely, ensuring they are always ready for use.
